Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using PlayPexo.com (the “site”) and any games, features, or services provided through it (collectively, the “service”), you agree to be bound by these terms of service (“terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

User-generated content

License you grant us

When you post comments, reviews, or other user-generated content (“UGC”), you grant PlayPexo a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that UGC in any media.

Your responsibilities

You must have all necessary rights to submit UGC and ensure it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove or refuse any UGC at our sole discretion.

Third-party content and links

The service may include games, ads, or links provided by third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from it. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and those parties.

Advertising and sponsorship

PlayPexo may display advertisements and sponsored content. By using the service, you consent to the placement and delivery of such material. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party ads or claims.

Virtual goods, in-game items, and purchases

If the service offers virtual goods or paid features:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Virtual goods have no monetary value outside the service and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
• You may not sell, trade, or transfer virtual goods except as expressly permitted.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed 100 U.S. dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlayPexo, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately end, and you must cease all use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Casablanca.

Dispute resolution

Before initiating court proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting the email address below. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PlayPexo regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
